Your information, your rules.

The short version

• Join the waitlist and we keep your email to tell you when the app opens. That's all we use it for.
• This website has no ads, no tracking and no analytics, and no cookies of its own.
• Face photos you use in the web preview or the Studio stay in your browser unless you choose to share one.
• We never sell your information, and never use your photos to train AI.

Who we are

MyraGlow is run by MyraGlow LLC, Dunwoody, Georgia, USA ("we", "us"). Questions about privacy: hello@myra-glow.com.

The waitlist

When you join, we keep your email address and, if you answer them, whether you're here for yourself or as a makeup artist and how you heard about us. We also note which page or link you came from (for example a TikTok link), so we know what works. We don't record anything else about you.

We use it only to email you when MyraGlow opens and, if you're a makeup artist, about founding artist places. Every email has a way to stop them. It is stored with Supabase, our database provider, and kept until the app has opened and the waitlist is no longer needed, or until you ask us to delete it. The legal basis is your consent; you can take it back any time.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't set cookies of its own and uses no analytics, ads or tracking pixels. Your browser keeps a few small notes on your own device, such as your answer to the face photo question, so we don't ask again. Our host, Cloudflare, handles the technical details every website receives (such as your IP address) to deliver pages and keep the site safe.

If we add ads or affiliate tracking later, we'll update this page first and, where the law requires, ask you before any cookie is set.

The web preview and the Artist Studio

The app on the web at /app and the Artist Studio are early versions.

• Face photos are read and painted in your browser and kept there. A photo is only sent when you choose a feature that needs it, such as an AI picture, a Skin Analysis or a post, and the app asks first.
• Your account (email, name, username, password stored as a secure hash) and what you save to it, such as your products, saved looks and posts, are kept with Supabase so you can sign in anywhere.
• AI features send the text or photo you agreed to share to our AI providers (such as Google Gemini and Runware) through our server, only to make your result. We don't keep the photo on our servers unless you post it.
• Skin Analysis results are guidance only, not a medical diagnosis. Skin information can be health information under some state laws: we use it only to give you the feature you asked for, and never for ads.

Who we share with

Only the providers that run MyraGlow for us: Cloudflare (website hosting), Supabase (database and storage), and our AI providers such as Google and Runware (only for AI features you choose to use). We may also share information if the law requires it. We don't sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop emailing you. Email hello@myra-glow.com with "Privacy" in the subject and we'll answer within 30 days. If you're in the UK or EU you can also object to how we use your information and complain to your data protection authority. If you're in California, we don't sell or share your information, so there's nothing to opt out of.

Your information is stored and processed in the United States.

Children

This website and the waitlist are not meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us their email, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes

We'll update this page when anything changes, and email you first if it's a change that matters.
